On Macintosh there's really no installation.
After downloading and expanding the file, you have a folder named Panorama Files with the Panorama application and all the associated parts.
Sometimes your Macintosh doesn't immediately recognize the application when downloaded. Generic icons on the HindSight software mean that your computer has not yet discovered the Panorama application to run the files with.
Inside the Panorama Files folder is a program named Panorama. Launch that, cancel the window that comes up and go back to the desktop to double click on the file you wish to use. You should be fine from that point.
